Creates or updates the account's email and SMS opt-in preferences.

Body Params
boolean | null

Whether or not the user has opted in to receive emails. Can be null if the user has not made a selection.

boolean | null

Whether or not the user has opted in to receive SMS messages. Can be null if the user has not made a selection.
