Creates a Kigo account within a partner's account space scoped to
external_program_id and returns AccountSpaceApiSession tokens. Requires a
valid partner session token.

Body Params

Optional one-time access code. Required only when the program's
access_code_required_for_sign_up flag is enabled. Ignored otherwise.
