Check if an email exists

Reports whether an account exists for the given email and program, and its
credential type. Partner-authenticated with no reCAPTCHA; native mobile
clients use it to route users to sign-in vs sign-up.

Body Params

Request body for the partner-authenticated email-existence check.

Authorized by the partner session bearer token alone — no reCAPTCHA.

The human-readable external program id of the program to scope the
check to, e.g. entertainment (not the program UUID).
