Returns detailed information about an offer including title, description,
image, location, price, and redemption details.

The specific location ID to retrieve offer details for.
This is used to show information relevant to a particular merchant location.
It is ignored for online-only offers.

latitude

The latitude coordinate for location-based filtering and distance calculation.

longitude

The longitude coordinate for location-based filtering and distance calculation.

radius

The radius to search for offers around the specified location.

search_radius_unit

string

The unit for the search radius (e.g., "MI" or "KM").

country_code

The country code for location-based filtering (e.g., "US").

catalog_filter_ids

array of uuids

The catalog filters (edition ids) to read within. When given, the offer
is served only if one of them admits it, and its additional offers are
drawn from them. When omitted or empty, the offer is served from any
catalog, and its additional offers come from the caller's own catalog.
